school is starting. i have mixed emotions about it..i love the teaching ..love the summers....hate the first day of school as much as i hated it when i was a student....just need to get moving... things will be fine...they always are.....okay let's go!

it's not the running..it's the getting up early!

i hate getting up early. i think there is some psychological reason for it, especially during the summer, i feel entitled to staying up late AND sleeping late! how can i change my body if i can't change my brain! that's a tough one. waking up is hard to do......
