i am utterly enamored of the marvelous invention that is wine...
...and the ability to cook wonderful food..if i so choose..
and i am quite accomplished,i must admit!

if i knew how to work smarter...not harder... i would!
sometimes, there is no way around it...so i just have to soldier on...
in the process, i learn things....
i get better at my job....
isn't that called academic rigor???
